Each Keepsake Box is a hand-stained, custom-painted, one-of-a-kind piece that captures a special memory. These wooden boxes are a beautiful way to celebrate the love of a pet, honor a family heirloom, or remember a meaningful place. Perfect as gifts, memorials, or everyday reminders of love.

Each box is crafted from wood and hand-stained in your choice of light wood, dark wood, or black. I then custom-paint your chosen image — whether it’s a favorite location, a beloved pet, or a special object with personal meaning.
Every piece is signed like my original artwork and designed to be both beautiful and functional. Use it to present a gift card, hold a small keepsake, or simply keep it as a personal reminder of something you love.

🛍️ Pricing & Availability
Each hand-stained and custom-painted box is $75.
After submitting your request, watch for an email from me requesting reference photos and other details. Your order is officially confirmed once payment is received.
If payment isn’t received within 7 days, your reservation may be released to another client.
Because each piece is created by hand, availability is limited throughout the year — early orders are always appreciated.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Local pickup (in Northern Virginia) is always welcome!
If you prefer shipping, I’ll carefully pack, insure, and send your box via UPS. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and UPS rates to keep costs fair.
All shipments are insured for peace of mind:
- Orders $100 or less include insurance automatically.
- Orders over $100 will have insurance added to the shipping cost.
💸 Payment & Sales Tax
To help keep pricing low, clients are asked to cover any processing fees for PayPal, Venmo, or credit card payments.
To avoid extra fees, I also accept cash (local only), check, or Zelle (preferred).
As required by law, a 6% Virginia sales tax will be added for Virginia residents and in-person pickups. Thank you for supporting a small business that values transparency and fairness.
📅 Timeline
Boxes are created in the order that payment and customization details are received. If you need your piece by a certain date, please let me know — I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Turnaround times vary, so ordering early ensures your memory box is ready when you need it.

Because each box is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final and non-refundable.
