Feathered Friends: Artwork Connecting You to Nature

This painting of a Northern Mockingbird sitting on a fence post was inspired by a photo taken by a friend who has a ranch in Georgia.

This inspiration of this painting came from a photo taken during a weekend morning dog walk. The tall, thin panel is designed to mimic the lankiness of the heron.

Another painting inspired by a bird photo taken while walking the dog. This was painted in a slightly impressionistic style.
